Description

The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) needs temporary office space in Cape Town's CBD for three years. The space should be between 700m² and 880m² and ready for use as an office. It needs to have a reception area, open-plan space for 20 people, eight private offices, a boardroom, meeting rooms, a kitchen, bathrooms, an ICT server room, and storage. The office must have air conditioning, ICT connectivity, backup power, security, and fire safety systems.

Requirements

  • Agent must provide written proof of authority from the property owner.
  • Detailed space utilization schedule, scaled floor plans (700m²-880m²).
  • Details of existing fit-out, allowance, landlord works, and estimated time.
  • Number of covered/uncovered parking bays, visitor parking, and costs.
  • Declaration of any conflicts of interest.
  • CSD Registration Report required.
