Description
GTAC needs Technical Advisors to support the National Treasury in the Municipal Finance Improvement Programme (MFIP) Phase IIIx. This includes Accounting Support advisors at the National Treasury and Legislative & Policy Reforms advisors at Limpopo and Free State Provincial Treasuries. The advisors will help improve accounting practices, governance, and compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- No state employees or those on MFIP as resources.
- Bidders with state-employed representatives ineligible.
- CSD registration required on tender closing date.
- Provide proof of educational qualifications and certificates.
- International qualifications require SAQA accreditation.
- Demonstrate experience in local government financial management.
- Laptops require automatic updates/patches.
- Active antivirus and anti-malware protection required on devices.
