Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure is seeking contractors for rehabilitation, renovations, and refurbishments at various DSD service offices in Cluster 5, including Idutywa and Ngqamakhwe. The work includes flooring, wall repairs, window and door servicing, ceiling and roof work, drainage cleaning, fence repairs, paving, and painting. The closing date is 26 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 3GB or higher in General Building (GB).
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Two project references with completion certificates for similar building works.
- Registered and in good standing with the Compensation Fund or licensed insurer.
- Supervisory staff must have NQF level 4 in Civil Engineering Supervision.
- Site Agent/Manager must have NQF level 5 in Labour-Intensive Construction Processes.
