Description
This tender is for HVAC maintenance and repairs at various government buildings in the OR Tambo District for two years. The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure is the issuer. The contractor will perform general maintenance and repairs as detailed in the Bills of Quantities. The contract duration is 24 months. Bid documents are available from 22 May 2026.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 2ME or higher required.
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- CSD report showing tax compliance required.
- Active CIDB registration in correct grading and class required.
- Minimum of three contactable references for similar projects.
- Good standing with SARS required.
- Approved insurer undertaking for Performance Bond/Guarantee required.
- Not listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
- Registered and in good standing with Compensation Fund or licensed insurer.
- Letter of good standing from Compensation Fund or licensed insurer required.
