This tender is for property owners or property management companies to provide leased office space for the W&RSETA Mpumalanga regional office in Mbombela (Nelspruit). The lease is from January 2027 to September 2030, for a space of 280m2 to 350m2, including a boardroom. The building should be A-Grade and comply with regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number required before bidding.
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) registration required.
- Electrical Certificate of Compliance (ECOC) not older than 2 years required.
- Plumbing Certificate of Compliance (PCOC) not older than 2 years required.
