Steel Water Tank Installation at Dysselsdorp Clinic.

Description

The National Department of Health is seeking a service provider for the fabrication and erection of a 43 KL steel water tank at Dysselsdorp Clinic in the Western Cape. The project includes construction of foundations, structural supports, and installation of inlet/outlet pipework. The project is expected to be completed within 4 months.

Requirements

• Must provide SARS PIN or CSD number for tax compliance.
• Submit B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Must be CIDB registered with a grading of 3CE or higher.
• Provide a letter of good standing from the Compensation Commissioner.
• Provide proof of relevant insurances, including public liability insurance (R1 million+).
• Provide a copy of CSD Registration Report and the CSD Registration Number.
• Provide a Tax Compliant Status Pin.
• Provide proof of valid CIDB grading.
• Attach Practical Completion Certificates for Previous Projects
• Provide proof of ownership of equipment or a letter from the leasing company.
• Affix certified copies of the Certificate of Incorporation and Founding Statement.
• Provide proof of Workmen’s Compensation Registration (COIDA).
• Ensure no directors/shareholders are listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
• Comply with the legal requirements stated in the tender data.
