Provision of Managed WAN and Internet Services for CapeNature.

Description

CapeNature needs a service provider for a managed wide area network and internet services for three years, possibly extending to five. The services include SDWAN infrastructure, managed firewall solutions, internet, corporate APN, and Azure ExpressRoute connectivity. The successful bidder must ensure a smooth transition within six months of appointment, concluding by March 31, 2027. Connectivity is required across 42 sites, including the Cape Town office and nature reserves.

Requirements

• CSD registration required before bidding.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• Tax Clearance Certificate required before bidding.
• Proven experience in WAN, SD-WAN, APN, firewall, and Azure Express Route.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, ISO 27001, POPIA/GDPR).
• Minimum of three client references from comparable South African organizations.
• National footprint with coverage across Western Cape, including rural areas.
• 24/7/365 Network Operations Centre (NOC) and local service management teams.
