Description
This tender is for the print-on-demand, supply, and delivery of patient records to institutions under the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness for three years. The successful bidder will sign a written contract. A compulsory information session will be held on 14 May 2026. Bids will be awarded per district.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required before bidding.
- Printing premises must be located within South Africa (proof of ownership/lease).
- Ability to print over 1,000,000 units per month (proof required).
- Provide minimum of three contactable references.
- Valid tax clearance certificate required before bidding.
- Provide proof of vehicle maintenance, licensing, and valid driver's licenses.
