Procurement of Customer Experience Survey Services.

Description

Postbank is seeking a service provider to conduct customer experience surveys for individual customers and Stokvels over three months. The goal is to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and effort to improve services and customer retention. The service provider will design surveys, collect data via SMS, email, phone, and branch interactions, and provide analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Valid tax clearance required before bidding.
• Minimum 5 years experience in CX research.
• Minimum 3 signed reference letters for CX/NPS services (within 1 year).
• POPIA compliance statement/policy required.
