Description
Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife is seeking proposals for the development, operation, and management of six retail curio shops at Thendele, Mahia, Didima, Giant’s Castle, Mpila, and Hilltop resorts for ten years through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) agreement. The bid is structured into two regional options: Eastern Region (Mpila and Hilltop camps) and Western Region (Thendele, Mahai, Didima, and Giant’s Castle camps).
Requirements
- Three years of audited or independently reviewed financial statements.
- Asset value at least R15 million and minimum gross revenue of R14 million per annum.
- Public liability insurance cover of R12 million or more.
- Valid COIDA letter of good standing required.
- Environmental Officer (EO) with relevant experience and qualifications required.
- Demonstrated experience operating a Retail Curio Shop for at least three years.
