Description
The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA) invites bids for the supply, implementation, and maintenance of a DocuSign electronic signature solution. The project requires the provision of 20 user licenses and full integration with existing systems, including Microsoft Office 365, Sage, and Adobe. The work must be completed within two months, followed by one year of maintenance and support. The solution must function across production, development, testing, and disaster recovery environments. Key deliverables include project planning, system configuration, user training, and comprehensive documentation. The project is based in South Africa and must be completed by 05 June 2026.
Requirements
- Official OEM accreditation for DocuSign implementation
- Three verifiable reference letters for similar projects completed within two years
- Proof of local company registration and physical office presence
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD registration number
