Transactional Advisor for PV Manufacturing Feasibility Study.

Description

Eskom is seeking a Transactional Advisor for a feasibility study on a vertically integrated PV manufacturing facility. The aim is to assess the technical, financial, regulatory, and market conditions needed to establish a domestic solar PV manufacturing facility. The study will inform Eskom's investment decisions.

Requirements

• Eligibility criteria as stated in the Tender Data must be met.
• No restriction to do business with Eskom or State-Owned Companies.
• Must not have the nationality of a country on any international sanctions list.
• Joint venture or consortium agreement must state that the parties are jointly and severally liable.
• Must not have a conflict of interest.
• Must not be restricted by National Treasury or on the Tender Defaulters list.
• Tenderers and/or its director/s must not be restricted by Eskom.
• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Valid proof of required CIDB grading designation for main/JV/sub-contractor.
• COIDA certificate of good standing or proof of application required.
• Valid certification of Quality Management System by an ISO accredited body or Objective evidence of documented QMS that is not certified but complies with ISO 9001
• Copies of professional registrations, where applicable
• Valid B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit required.
