Description
Transnet National Ports Authority requires installation and repairs to fencing, gates, and steel doors around the Port of Durban for 36 months on an 'as and when' basis. The port must secure its assets with physical barriers (fencing) to comply with the ISPS code. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 12 June 2026, and the closing date is 30 June 2026.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 4SQ or higher required.
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Welder's trade test certificate required.
- Safety Officer must be registered with SACPCMP.
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate / Sworn-Affidavit required.
