Description

This is a lease agreement issued by TRANSNET SOC LTD for a specific area. The Lessee will use the area to support rail transportation and local economic development. The lease begins on the Commencement Date and continues for the Lease Period. The Lessee must obtain necessary licenses and comply with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

• CSD registration on National Treasury's database required before bidding.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• Must comply with tax legislation before bidding.
• Railway Safety Permit required, if applicable.
• Licenses, permits, and consents required to conduct business on the Leased Area.
• Notification of intent to development sent to SAHRA.
• General Authorisation applied for regarding water uses as per National Water Act.
