Description
The City of Ekurhuleni needs property valuation services for buying and selling property, investment decisions, and performance evaluations. The selected panel of property and business valuers will provide these services as needed until June 30, 2029. Valuers will determine fair market values for properties.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Required CIDB contractor grading designation registration.
- Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters.
- Qualifications, registration, and experience required for valuers/analyst.
- Valid work permits required for foreign nationals.
- SAQA accreditation required for foreign qualifications.
- Professional registrations must be in good standing.
- Registration/Letter of Good Standing with Compensation Commissioner required.
