Description
The Construction Industry Development Board (cidb) invites bids for the supply, installation, and maintenance of an SDWAN network with managed firewalls, a unified communication platform (UCaaS), and domain management. This project will be implemented across the cidb's nine regional offices over a 36-month period. Key deliverables include the setup of cloud-hosted contact centers, integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, and the provision of secure connectivity with threat detection. Bidders must provide administrative portals for user management and monitoring. The project requires specialized technical resources, including a Project Manager and IP/VOIP specialists. All services must be maintained independently by the service provider, who must also maintain an office within the Gauteng region. The contract includes provisions for annual price adjustments and service level agreements to ensure performance standards are met throughout the three-year term.

- Key personnel must hold NQF 8 qualifications
- Proof of valid indemnity insurance
