Description
The City of uMhlathuze is tendering for the long-term lease and industrial development of erven in Emaljedraai and Hydrogen Line, Alton North. There are four separate bids for each erf. The successful bidders will lease land for industrial development, subject to zoning and Council’s conditions. The bid closing date is 06 July 2026.
