Description
This tender involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of permanently fixed online and portable dissolved gas analyser systems. These systems will monitor fault gases in transformer oil and dissolved water. The analysers should have on-board intelligence for evaluating transformer condition. The system must measure more than 6 fault gases and dissolved water, indicating this locally and remotely via IEC 61850 communication protocol. The portable analyser must be compatible with mineral insulating oils and newer ester-based fluids. The system should be self-calibrating and provide alarms for system errors.
Requirements
- Comply with Eskom/NTCSA Specification EST32-333.
- Adhere to Fibre-Optic Design standard 240-46264031 and Labelling standard 240-46263618.
- Comply with Remote Device Communication Standard 240-64038621.
- Provide a safety file compliant with Eskom's safety requirements.
- Submit deviations from technical specifications at tender stage.
