Description
The Lejweleputswa District Municipality needs a panel of attorneys to provide professional legal services. These services will be needed on an as-and-when-required basis for 3 years. The attorneys will work in various fields of law. The closing date for submissions is 10 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid B-BBEE certificate (SANAS accredited) or DTI sworn affidavit required.
- Municipal Billing Clearance Certificate (not in arrears for more than 90 days) required.
- Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate and tax compliance status pin required.
- National Treasury Central Supplier Database Summary report required.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate from Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund/Legal Practice Council required.
- Valid Letter of Good Standing from the Legal Practice Council required.
- Bidders must have more than one year of post-admission legal practice experience.
- Conveyancing/Notarial Practice: Submit admission certificates/court orders as Conveyancers/Notaries.
