Description
This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) in the Gauteng region on a once-off basis. The RFQ was issued on 25 May 2026, with a compulsory briefing on 29 May 2026. The closing date for submissions is 04 June 2026.
Requirements

- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing required.
- Valid SARS PIN required before bidding.
- Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement (if applicable) signed by all parties.
- PPE Technical Assessment Sheet confirming compliance with PPE standards.
- Letter of Agreement from Manufacturer attached (if Distributor).
- Outer material must meet SANS 1387 and SANS 1362 standards.
