Description
Sasria SOC Limited is seeking proposals from capable service providers for a Business Transformation Initiative lasting 24 months. The initiative focuses on improving customer experience and efficiencies within the insurance value chain, involving approximately 180 employees. Deliverables include business process reengineering, employee empowerment, distribution channel enablement, digitalization, customer experience design, and communication strategies.
Requirements

- CSD registration confirming tax compliance status is mandatory.
