Description
Stellenbosch Municipality is seeking a service provider to create an Integrated Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (IAMP) for 2026/2027 to 2027/2028. The IAMP will include four service-specific volumes and a consolidated municipal synthesis. The project is expected to last 24 months, from July 2026 to June 2028. The service provider will consolidate existing master plans and GIS data into a planning framework aligned with ISO standards and the CIDMS Toolkit.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Tax compliance required before bidding.
- B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required before bidding.
- Infrastructure Asset Management Plan experience required within last 2 years.
- Submit 3 appointment letters for similar SA local government projects.
- Engineering Lead: Professional ECSA registration required.
- Financial & Governance Specialist: Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Valid Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Commissioner required.
