Description
Rand Water is seeking a service provider to perform an organisational Performance Management (PM) maturity assessment. The project involves evaluating current governance, policies, and processes against industry best practices to identify risks and improvement opportunities. The successful bidder must provide a roadmap to enhance performance management capabilities across the organisation. The work must be completed within a four-month period, with the final report due by the end of September 2026. This tender is issued by Rand Water, and only one service provider will be selected for the contract.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide proof of experience in similar assignments with contactable references
- Must have access to required assessment tools and diagnostic software
- Must hold a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
