Description
The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites bids for the provision of Board Evaluation services at its Corporate Office for a three-year period. The successful service provider will perform independent assessments of the Board of Directors and its committees. Key deliverables include analyzing performance for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial years, conducting individual and collective interviews, administering surveys, and benchmarking findings against corporate governance standards. The project requires the delivery of comprehensive analysis reports, actionable recommendations, and executive summaries for annual reporting. The work must be completed within specific timeframes, starting with the 2024/25 analysis within four weeks of appointment.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Project Manager must hold NQF 8 postgraduate qualification or equivalent
- B-BBEE status documentation (Certificate, Scorecard, or Affidavit)
- Willingness to undergo security vetting
