Description
The City of Cape Town is seeking a service provider for travel management services. The contract runs from July 2027 to June 2030. The provider will manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, car rentals, and shuttle services using a hybrid booking model. Key responsibilities include providing 24/7 emergency support, managing financial accounts, and delivering monthly reports on travel spend and carbon footprints. The work will be performed for the City of Cape Town. The city intends to appoint a primary service provider and an alternative provider to handle these travel requirements.
Requirements
- Must hold valid IATA accreditation
- Registered on CCT Supplier Database and National Treasury CSD
- Must provide valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Must hold Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Motor Vehicle insurance
- Must provide proof of COID registration
- Must provide audited financial statements for past 3 years if exceeding R10 million
