Server Room Monitoring System Installation and Maintenance

Description

The South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) is seeking a qualified service provider to supply, install, configure, and commission a Server Room Monitoring System. The project will take place at the SANAS Office located at 303 Libertas Office Park, Highway Street, Equestria. The scope of work includes providing environmental monitoring for temperature and humidity, water leak detection, and smoke detection systems. The solution must feature a centralized dashboard for real-time status updates, historical data logging, and automated email or SMS alerts to at least three users. The successful bidder will be responsible for the full installation, testing, user training, and the provision of as-built documentation. Additionally, the service provider must offer support and maintenance services for a period of 36 months. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 10 June 2026 at 10:00, and the final deadline for tender submissions is 12 June 2026 at 11:00.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance status (Tax Pin)
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or signed sworn affidavit
• Proof of OEM reseller certification
• Three reference letters for similar projects completed within the last five years
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session
