Description
The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) needs a panel of qualified Aviation Training Organisations (ATO) to train pilot cadets for three years. The ATOs must be Part 141 approved schools. Services include theoretical and practical training, mentorship, remedial action, providing materials, accommodation, transport, and monthly progress reports. Successful ATOs will be paid based on the training program and agreed quotations.
Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) before bidding.
- Valid ATO certificate from SACAA required.
- Valid SACAA Operations Certificate Specification (Opspec) required.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- SARS Tax Clearance Certificate required before bidding.
- Proof of authority (e.g., company resolution) required.
