Description
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is inviting tenders for the provision of gym training, equipment maintenance, and cleaning services at the Majuba Power Station. The contract duration is three years. The scope of work includes conducting group training sessions, performing regular maintenance and repairs on gym equipment, and providing daily cleaning services for the main gym and two satellite studios. The service provider must supply six personal trainers, two cleaning staff, and one qualified gym equipment technician. All services must be delivered in accordance with Eskom’s quality, safety, and environmental standards. The project requires adherence to specific service intervals and maintenance logs. The tender is subject to a preference point system and requires a commitment to 100% local procurement content and job creation.
Requirements
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Instructors must hold relevant fitness, yoga, and first aid certifications
- Instructors must be registered with REPSA
- Proof of professional malpractice insurance for instructors
- Minimum one year experience in corporate facility services and gym maintenance
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Compliance with Eskom Life-Saving Rules and ISO 9001 quality principles
