Description
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is inviting tenders for the provision of grounds maintenance, horticultural services, and the removal and control of alien and invasive plants. The work will be performed at the Matla Power Station and Kriel Town Eskom offices and flats over a 36-month period. Key deliverables include regular grounds upkeep, professional horticultural management, and the systematic eradication of invasive species using approved chemical and mechanical methods. The project requires a dedicated Site Manager and a team of trained brush cutter operators. The tender follows the NEC3 Term Service Contract (Option A) structure. The closing date for submissions is 19 June 2026 at 10:00 am. A non-compulsory clarification meeting will be held via MS Teams on 09 June 2026.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Must hold a valid Pest Control Operator (PCO) licence.
- Must possess ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
- Site Manager must hold a National Diploma in Horticulture, Nature Conservation, or Environmental Management.
- Brush cutter operators must hold valid training certificates.
- Must provide a valid COID Letter of Good Standing.
