Description

This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to provide security services to Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality for three years. The services include physical guarding, tactical support, and an online SLA security compliance system. The goal is to protect facilities and equipment against theft, vandalism, and damage, and to minimize risks to employees and customers. The closing date is June 26, 2026.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration and good standing required.
• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Company must have 3+ years of security field experience.
• PSIRA Accreditation Training Facility Registration Certificate required.
• Valid Liability Insurance with proof of current status.
• PSIRA accredited and registered personnel/guards required.
• All security personnel above Grade C must have 7+ months experience.
• All security guards must possess a valid South African Police Service Clearance Certificate.
• Valid private security sector provident fund compliance certificate.
• Original and valid CIDB registration certificate or certified copy required.
• Registration certificate pertaining to the relevant industry required.
• Original and valid tax clearance certificate required.
• Original and valid B-BBEE status level verification certificate or certified copy required.
• Valid Compliance tax pin status of the Company.
• Central Supplier Database Report (Confirmation of registration).
• Valid PSIRA letter of good standing (Latest).
• Valid COIDA certificate.
• Proof of company firearm licenses (Minimum 10).
• Proof of shareholder/Director’s firearm competency certificate.
