Description
The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) invites service providers to perform roof leak repairs at their Cape Town facility. The project involves inspecting the roof, replacing damaged materials, waterproofing, and repairing drainage systems. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials while ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. Work includes final testing and reporting. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 09 June 2026 at the Liesbeek Parkway site. The closing date for submissions is 12 June 2026.
Requirements
- Attend compulsory briefing session
- CIDB grading of 1GB or higher
- Valid COIDA registration
- Public Liability Insurance of at least R500,000
- National Treasury CSD registration
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Proof of relevant experience and contactable references
