Description
This tender is for the repair and refurbishment of the Ngotshe gravel road in Ward 1. The road construction project, totaling 1.0km in length and 5.5m in width, includes site clearance, roadbed preparation, cut to fill, layer works, stormwater drainage, culvert pipes and headwalls, culvert inlets and outlets structures, and road signs. The project is issued by Abaqulusi Local Municipality. The project must be completed within 32 weeks.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- CIDB grading of 3 CE or higher with CRS number and Letter of Good Standing required.
- Minimum NQF Level 7 Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction of civil or roads projects required.
- Contractor/sub-contractors: 5+ successfully completed surfaced roads projects required.
- Bank Rating A to C required.
