Procurement of Management Administration System for Nursing Colleges.

Description

SITA is requesting bids for a Management Administration System (MAS) for the four Western Cape College of Nursing campuses, including the College of Emergency Care, for a 5-year period. A compulsory briefing session will be held on June 2, 2026. The closing date for bid submissions is June 15, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Must be accredited with the Original Software Manufacturer (OSM).
• Must demonstrate local presence in South Africa (proof of address required).
• Must have a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or certificate.
• Signed agreements required stipulating work/revenue split for consortia/JV/subcontractors.
• OEM/OSM back-to-back agreements/certification required for network equipment distributors/resellers/installers.
• Company security screening by the State Security Agency (SSA) required.
• Employees must undergo a security suitability check.
• Must have a security clearance from SSA or Defence Intelligence (DI).
