Legal Aid South Africa is inviting proposals for the lease of office premises for their Mafikeng Local Office. The lease agreement will last for up to five years, with occupation required by 01 March 2027. The office space must be between 428m² and 443m² and include 11 parking bays. The facility must accommodate 32 employees and feature a reception, boardroom, consultation rooms, and disabled-friendly access. The landlord is responsible for all maintenance and necessary refurbishments, including air conditioning, network points, and branding. The property must be located near local courts and public transport. Proposals must be submitted by 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
