This tender is for the procurement of a Grid Operation Solution for the Energy Management Directorate for 24 months. The solution centers on an Outage Management System (OMS) integrated with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) functionalities. The successful vendor will be responsible for the design, procurement, commissioning, and deployment of a full-featured OMS. The closing date is June 26, 2026.
Requirements
- Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Must have Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS PIN) or Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Accreditation letter as an accredited Grid Operation Solution service provider required.
- Key staff must have minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Evidence of 3 successfully completed projects in the past 10 years required.
