Postbank (SOC) Ltd is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to assist with the search and placement of scarce and critical skills. This project will take place over a three-year period. The selected providers will be responsible for market research, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing interview logistics. Additionally, providers must perform credential verification, reference checks, and provide advisory services on talent retention. The goal is to help Postbank attract and secure high-level talent. The tender was issued on 29 May 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD registration
- Active professional association certification
- Three signed reference letters for similar recruitment services within five years
