Description
The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture needs office space in Johannesburg for five years. The space should be near the city center and public transport. It needs to house multiple tenants, have open workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, a kitchen, restrooms, storage, and parking. The provider must ensure facilities management support for the contract duration.
Requirements
- Proof of ownership/lease authority for premises.
- Compliance certificates: OHS, fire safety, electrical, occupancy.
- Evidence of accessibility for persons with disabilities.
- Engineers Structural Integrity Certification required.
- CSD registration and compliant tax status required before bidding.
- Ownership Certificate issued by CIPC required.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn affidavit required.
