Service Provider for Work Study and Needs Analysis for NAMC

Description

The National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC) needs a service provider to conduct a work study and organizational needs analysis. The service provider will review the NAMC’s strategic alignment, analyze the current state, conduct a workload analysis, identify critical roles, perform a gap analysis, and propose an optimized organizational structure. Key deliverables include reports, organizational structure drafts, and an implementation roadmap. The project should take 8–12 weeks. Closing date is 04 June 2026.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate from SARS required before bidding.
• CSD registration with compliant tax status required before bidding.
• CVs of key personnel required.
• Three reference letters demonstrating public sector experience required.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
• Company registration documents required.
