Description
This tender is for a panel of legal service providers for the Zululand District Municipality for 36 months. Requirements
- Valid Tax Clearance Compliance Status Pin Certificate required before bidding.
- Full CSD Report (not older than 30 days) required before bidding.

- Current Municipal Account not in arrears for more than 90 days or Valid Lease Agreement.
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates.
- Certified copy of registration with the Attorney's Fidelity Fund.
- Certified copy of Certificate of good standing with the Law Society of South Africa.
