Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure is seeking professional architectural services and a principal agent for the construction of the Newlands Clinic. The project site is located in Newlands, Buffalo City Municipality. The contract duration is 36 months, including a 24-month construction period. The closing date is 18 June 2026.
Requirements
- SACAP registration (Professional Architect, Technologist, or Technician) for a Company Director.
- Letter of good standing from SACAP or verifiable certificate for a Company Director.
- CSD registration and compliance with SARS tax requirements.
- Directors/shareholders must not be on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
- Registration and good standing with the Compensation Fund or licensed insurer.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance undertaking from an approved insurer.
