Description
Nkangala TVET College is seeking proposals from attorneys to form a panel that will provide legal services for three years. The services include labour law, contract drafting, litigation, commercial and corporate law, legal research, conveyance, construction and engineering law, and other legal matters. The closing date is 02 June 2026.
Requirements
- Submit Company Registration Documents (CK).
- Provide certified Director(s) ID copies.
- CSD report (under 3 months) showing tax compliance required.
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing required.
- Submit valid fidelity fund certificate copy.
- Submit valid Law Society of South Africa certificate copy.
- Valid Board Resolution required (if not Sole Proprietor).
