Provision of Civil Services for SANPC Refinery.

Description

This is a request for tender (RFT) for a service provider to provide civil services for the SANPC Refinery over 36 months on an as-needed basis. The RFT number is CIS/05/2026. A compulsory site visit is scheduled for June 8, 2026, at the SANPC Refinery in Durban. The closing date for submissions is June 17, 2026.

Requirements

• Valid tax compliance status or proof of SARS application required before bidding.
• Valid B-BBEE affidavit/certificate required before bidding.
• CSD Summary Report or CSD supplier number (MAAA………………..) required before bidding.
• 37.2 agreement required before work is subcontracted.
• Competent, Nominated Responsible Persons for Health and Safety appointed in writing.
• Compliance with Section 11 of the Construction Regulation in the OHSACT.
• Workers to undergo training through a SETA approved Training facility.
• Valid CIDB level 7 registration for Civil Services (GB/CE).
• HSSE Policy which must comply to national standards.
• ISO 9001 certification.
• Valid Compensation fund certificate.
• ISO 14001 certification.
• SACPCMP registered Officer.
• Bobcat Operator’s valid certificate from SAQA/SETA accredited institution.
• TLB Operator’s valid certificate from SAQA/SETA accredited institution.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required to claim preference points.
• Confirmation of personal data protection policy from Company’s Information Officer.
• Confirmation of integrity and ethics policies from Company’s secretariat.
• Confirmation of financial returns submission from Company’s finance manager.
