Eskom invites tenders for the assessment and repair of high-frequency and TR set transformers at the Lethabo Power Station. This project covers Unit 1 and Unit 4 and will run for a duration of 12 months. The work is located in Viljoensdrift, Vereeniging. Key deliverables include a detailed repair plan, a comprehensive method statement, and the provision of qualified technical staff. Bidders must attend a compulsory site meeting on 08 June 2026 to be eligible for consideration. The tender closes on 17 June 2026.
Requirements
- Registered Electrical Contractor with the Department of Labour
- Valid CSD registration report
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Staff must hold relevant technical qualifications and CVs
- 18 months of audited financial statements or equivalent
- Proof of compliance with the Employment Equity Act
- Attendance at the compulsory site meeting
