Description
The Ndlambe Municipality invites tenders for the provision of professional accounting services. The successful bidder will assist the municipality with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements, provide responses to Auditor-General queries, and train municipal staff on GRAP and financial reporting. The work will be performed on-site at the Ndlambe Municipality in Port Alfred. The contract duration is 36 months, starting from 1 July 2026. Key deliverables include annual financial statement preparation, internal control assessments, and structured training sessions. Bidders must demonstrate extensive experience with Munsoft and Caseware systems and provide proof of four consecutive unqualified audit opinions in a municipal environment.
Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance status
- Valid Municipal Billing Clearance Certificate
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit
- Accreditation with SAICA
- Registration as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
- Four consecutive unqualified municipal audit opinions
- Proven experience with Munsoft and Caseware software
- Valid COIDA registration
- Certified legal entity documents for Trusts or Partnerships
