Iziko Museums of South Africa invites proposals for the graphic design and layout of exhibition content for the Nelson Mandela Prison House. The work involves preparing final layouts for indoor glass panels, outdoor steel panels, and object labels. The service provider will manage image retouching, oversee printing in Cape Town, and supervise installation at the site in Paarl. The project requires strict adherence to a pre-developed design style. The project begins on 10 June 2026, with final print-ready files due within three weeks. Bidders must have a strong track record in museum or gallery exhibition design.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Must provide a valid Tax Compliance Status Pin.
- Must provide a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Must provide 10 verifiable examples of relevant design projects.
- Must provide four signed reference letters from previous clients.
- Must provide a CV for the senior project lead.
