Description
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for the supply and delivery of Dust Handling Plant (DHP) drive spares to the Matimba Power Station in Lephalale. This contract will run for a period of 60 months on an as-and-when-required basis. The scope includes the provision of various mechanical components, including conveyor belts, gearboxes, valves, and pulleys, all of which must meet specific technical and quality standards. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability, including a minimum functionality score of 70%. The project aims to maintain the plant's operational performance levels. All items must be delivered to the Matimba Power Station main stores and comply with Eskom’s safety and quality regulations. The tender closing date is 01 July 2026 at 10:00 am.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Must have valid SARS tax compliance status.
- Must provide a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
- Must hold ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
- Must provide audited financial statements for the previous 18 months.
- Must comply with the Employment Equity Act.
- Must meet local production and content requirements (SBD 6.2).
- Must provide a joint venture agreement if applicable.
