Description
The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is seeking a service provider for co-sourced call center services for three years. The service provider will need to provide call center staff, laptops, and headphones. The call center will be located at the PPRA offices in Sandton. A compulsory online briefing session will be held on 29 May 2026.
Requirements
- Valid SARS PIN, TCS certificate, or CSD number required before bidding.
- CSD registration and report required before bidding.
- Four reference letters for call centre solutions with system integration (past five years).
- Proven experience integrating with multiple channels (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Physical location within 200km of Sandton (proof required).
