Description
The Land Bank is seeking a qualified service provider to implement a legal contract drafting and online library system, including maintenance and support, for three years. The project includes implementing an online legal library, automating legal processes with templates and document generation software, and providing ongoing maintenance and support. The successful bidder will be responsible for planning, implementation, testing, training, and system deployment.
Requirements
- Valid OEM/OSM documentation or accredited reseller/partner status required.
- ISO/IEC 27001 compliance for information security management required.
- Data storage within South Africa required.
- POPIA or data protection policy compliance required.
- Proof of good standing with SARS required before bidding.
- Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) required before bidding.
- Valid tax clearance certificate and TCS pin required before bidding.
- B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required before bidding.
