Service and Maintenance of Hydrovar Pump for Four Years

Description

The Council for Medical Schemes needs a service provider to maintain and service the hydrovar pump (water system) for four years. The pump is a Hydrovar Model HVL2.015-A0010, made in Denmark. Annual maintenance includes visual inspections of the pump and pipeline, checks of the PVC pipe system and water tanks, servicing, and travel costs. The service provider must also handle repairs and part replacements on an urgent basis. The closing date is 04 June 2026.

Requirements

• Valid SARS PIN document required before bidding.
• National Treasury CSD registration required before bidding.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required before bidding.
• Submit two client reference letters for water pump/tank maintenance.
• CIDB registration in Mechanical Engineering (ME) class, Grade 1 or higher.
