Description
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is seeking to appoint a panel of six travel management companies to provide travel services for five years, starting August 2026. The work involves managing domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and car rentals. The panel will be split into two groups based on annual turnover. Key deliverables include 24/7 emergency support, financial reporting, and integration with the FSCA’s existing software systems. The service providers will assist employees and consultants with travel arrangements, risk management, and visa support. The project aims to streamline travel processes and ensure cost-effective travel management for the organization.
Requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Active industry membership (e.g., ASATA or equivalent)
- Valid IATA certificate or equivalent license
- Proof of annual turnover
- Reference letters from clients with approximately 700 employees
